Information we collect

We collect the business, contact, account, campaign, transaction-reference and support information needed to review merchants and operate the VowRewards merchant service.

How we use it

Information is used for merchant verification, account administration, loyalty operations, fraud and risk review, customer support, settlement reporting, security and legal compliance.

Access and sharing

Access is limited by merchant scope and assigned role. We may use contracted infrastructure and professional service providers where required to operate the service, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls.

Retention and protection

Records are retained only for operational, security, contractual and legal requirements. Authentication, audit and merchant records are protected through server-side controls and restricted administrative access.

Your choices

Authorised merchant representatives may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting obligations.
