Merchant authority

You must be authorised to act for the business you register. Merchant access remains subject to verification and approval by VowRewards.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting account credentials, assigning appropriate operator roles and notifying VowRewards promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

The portal may be used only for legitimate merchant loyalty activity. Fraudulent reward requests, manipulation of redemption evidence and attempts to bypass approval controls are prohibited.

Rewards and settlements

Portal submissions record merchant requests and workflow decisions. They do not guarantee reward issuance, redemption approval or settlement. Applicable campaign rules and approved commercial agreements govern those actions.

Service changes

Features may evolve as VowRewards improves security, compliance and merchant operations. Material changes affecting merchant obligations will be communicated through appropriate channels.
